Please contact your local Rapid-Air distributor and provide them with a breakdown and evaluation PO for the following amount depending on the model of the feed.

MODELS A & B $125
MODELS C, D, & W $150
MODELS F, H, & J $175
MODELS FX, L, & P $200
MODEL LX $225

NOTE 1:

The repair department cannot start an evaluation without a Purchase Order.

NOTE 2:

If the customer chooses not to repair the feed, the Distributor will be invoiced for the breakdown and evaluation fee. The feed will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Otherwise this fee will be waived if the feed is repaired or replaced.
